All fees paid to gomaxacademy including but not limited to registration, tuition, and other associated costs, are non-refundable under the terms outlined in our policy.

No Refund-

Once paid, these fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, including withdrawal, transfer, or non-completion of the course and coaching fee and exam fee and other process fee.

Irrevocability:-

All fees are deemed non-refundable regardless of the timing of the request or the circumstances leading to the withdrawal.

No Further Action:-

Gomaxacademy will not entertain any requests for fee refunds or adjustments, and no further action will be taken regarding such requests.

By accepting the terms of enrollment and payment, you agree that you will not pursue any legal action to recover the fees paid to gomaxacademy.
